Jos started riding at a very young age, but like his school friends he prefered to play football. After two unsuccessful seasons with his team, he decided to concentrate only on horseriding
This turned out to be a great choice, as he was soon winning Junior championships on Belgian and European level.
A combination of hard work, great talent and amazing horses brought him up to the point where he is travelling the world to participate in competitions on the highest level and become the youngest rider ever to be qualified for the World Cup Finals in 2015.

2008: 5th with the Belgian Team and 16th individual at the European Championship pony's in Avenches, Switzerland with Loobeen Shamrock.
2009: European Championship Children in Moorsele. Silver medal in the Nations Cup and Bronze medal individual with Tia Maria.
