Regina Z (f. Rex Z) and Harrie Smolders were placed all three days at the International jumping in Caen. Regina won the 1m50 jump off class on friday, she was 7th on saturday in the big speed class and on sunday she was 2nd in the 1m55 Grand Prix. America's Lauren Hough with Blue Angel had the advantage of starting after Harrie, she had a slightly faster time to win the class. Harrie also had his new ride, 10 yr old Udo (f. Goodtimes) he also jumped clear all three days, he was placed 4th place on friday and 6th place on sunday. Harrie was the leading rider of the show.
Jos and Domino (f.Thunder v/d Zuuthoeve) finished in 5th place in the 1m45 speed class on saturday and had 4 faults at the last jump in the Grand Prix on sunday.

This weekend (28-31 Oct) Harrie will be competing at the International horse show in Baku, Azerbijan. He will ride borrowed horses, they will be kindly loned from the home rider Jamal Rahimov. Regina Z, Udo and Exquis Oliver Q will fly to New York, Harrie will compete at Kentucky Horse Park from 3 - 6 Nov, then travel to the Royal Winter Fair in Toronto (9 - 13 Nov)
